Insight SiP designs very small system-in-package modules that combine a radio chip, passive components and an antenna in a single part. Its ISP1507, ISP1807 and ISP2053 modules use Nordic Semiconductor Bluetooth Low Energy chips, the ISP3010 and ISP3080 add ultra-wideband ranging, and the ISP4520 combines Bluetooth with LoRa. Customers building wearables, medical sensors, hearing devices and tags use the modules to avoid RF design and certification work.
