Semtech makes the LoRa radio transceivers and gateway baseband chips used in LoRaWAN networks, along with analog and mixed-signal products for protection, power and signal integrity. The SX126x and LR11xx families combine Sub-GHz LoRa with GNSS and Wi-Fi sniffing for asset tracking. In 2023 Semtech acquired Sierra Wireless and now sells its cellular modules, AirLink routers and IoT connectivity services under the Semtech brand.
